I got up at the crack of dawn for a conference call today, so I treated myself to an early happy hour. Happy Cinco de Mayo!

My friend Chris hooked me up with his sister-in-law Heather who lives in town, and she sent me a list of like 50 things to do while I’m here in LA. One of the recommendations was Petty Cash, a Mexican restaurant which was only a 20 minute walk. I thought it would be perfect to check it out today. I loved the atmosphere, and the staff was super friendly. I grabbed a seat at the bar and enjoyed some guacamole and a famous margarita. The perfect dinner!
