Day 17: Beverly Hills

It was another gorgeous day in LA, so I decided to do a little tour of Beverly Hills. My friend Melanie said I should definitely hit Rodeo Drive while I’m out here, so that was my first stop. I window shopped for a bit, but didn’t buy anything. Let’s face it, I’m spending all of my money on my West Hollywood Crashpad, my cute Mustang convertible rental car (which I scored for only $6 more a day than a compact Ford Focus) and FOOD! I have my priorities.

After looking at all of that beautiful stuff I decided to go look at beautiful homes. I wasn’t sure where to go, so I Googled “best houses in Beverly Hills”. It didn’t produce a list of stellar results (I failed you Jenna), but it did bring up the most expensive homes in Beverly Hills Zillow page. I figured that would point me in the right direction. I Mapquested the first result, which was a 7 bed 7 bath home listed for a cool $34.5 million. FYI that’s an estimated $139,234/month mortgage payment. Mind blown.

Everyone knows Beverly Hills has beautiful homes and beautiful stores, but did you know it has a cupcake ATM?!?! How cool is that? I had to hit Sprinkles and check it out. It was a tough decision, but I went with salty caramel. Yum! I better go take another walk….
