I had such a fun day planned for today, and it did not disappoint!

I started off with a trip to Donut Friend. This spot was highly recommended by Jenna, and it was worth the drive! It reminded me of Peace, Love and Little Donuts back in Cleveland.

After I enjoyed my Cinnamineral and Javabreaker donuts Jenny J and I headed out to join our friend Gretchen for brunch. The three of us became friends when we joined UPC at OU, and we had a great time catching up. We decided on 26 Beach to feast on their out of this world French toast. I’m really going to need to hit that treadmill when I get home!

The beach was calling, so Jenny J and I headed over to Venice to check out the scene. We walked around the beautiful canals, hit the skate park and took the twins on a stroll down the boardwalk. It was their first trip to the beach, and they absolutely loved it! AND I FOUND A ZOLTAR! I got the best fortune ever. I’m stoked. Smiles all around….twins AND besties.
